I HAVE BEEN EXERCISING REGULARLY FOR A MONTH NOW!!
I don’t know that I’ve lost any weight but I definitely feel less flabby, and I was able to wear a pair of jeans two days ago that have just been hanging unworn for months.
Emily and I have not missed a day in our workout plan yet.
And today was our longest workout ever at 2.5 hours.
I am feeling healthier, and making mostly better choices with food, and am much happier than I was last semester before working out.
So wish me luck as I continue my plan for a better and healthier life.
I’m 20 already and I don’t want to feel like a lump for all my life. Even though my body image is probably really distorted, so now is the time to become a healthy person!
